CHANGES & RETURNS
Some of our products are handmade, that is why you may find minor flaws or variations in natural materials such as leather or wool.
Please take this into account before making your purchase.
VICTORIA CAMPBELL is committed to putting its best efforts to sell only top quality garments, that is why our products go through numerous quality controls before being shipped.
In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, notify us within 2 days after receiving the product, to evaluate the change or refund of the money.
URUGUAY
Changes can be made ONLY in premises.
Purchases made have a term of 15 days from the date of payment.
If you are in the interior of the country, please contact (+598)93900978 detailing the order number and the change to be made.
Money refunds can be requested within the first 5 business days from receipt of the order.
The same will be approved only in case of disagreement with the item or its failure (as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in perfect conditions, and applied to stock and pre-sale items purchases).
The refund is made to the card used in the purchase.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE FROM ABROAD
To make a change from outside of Uruguay, the customer must contact (+598)93900978 within 15 days from the date of purchase, indicating their order number and what change they wish to make.
It must be in its original packaging and in the same conditions that it was delivered.
Once approved, the costumer must send the product to the address provided where the status of the purchase will be checked and then the new item will be sent. Costs of shipping and delivery are in charge of the costumer.
