PRICE AND SHIPPING POLICY

The sale prices of VICTORIA CAMPBELL products are established as a rule in US Dollars, although they may be established in another currency of legal tender as long as the currency is expressed in letters or legal distinctive signs. Prices are final. 

The prices of the products offered and/or displayed on the website may vary without notice or notification. When making a change or return, it will be taken into account if the item was purchased under a special or financial promotion. The price to be taken at the time of the change will depend on the latter. For more information, contact customer service. 

The cost of shipping is not included in the price in any case and will result in an additional cost at the exclusive expense of the Client that must be agreed with the shipping company of your choice. 

Shipments within Uruguayan territory are made by Montevideo Cargo Express. International shipping is done through FEDEX.

VICTORIA CAMPBELL is not responsible for the risk or the time of transport. Indicatively, from the moment the purchase is confirmed, by means of a confirmation email, until it arrives at the corresponding address, the order can take up to 7 working days inclusive to arrive (in Uruguayan territory) and up to 30 days if it is sent. VICTORIA CAMPBELL is not responsible for the legal regulations in each country, nor for the costs or tariffs or tax or customs requirements of each country. Our international customers are responsible for customs fees within their own country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Once the order has been shipped and the shipping confirmation email has been received, VICTORIA CAMPBELL is no longer responsible for the products shipped. For any eventuality from that moment, contact Montevideo Cargo Express, or Fedex as appropriate.

PICKUP MODE

Orders will be ready within an estimated period of 5 business days. The customer must pick up the order at the pick-up direction within 72 hours of the "ready to pick up" notice. If you cannot attend within that period, please contact us. * After 20 days from the withdrawal notice, VICTORIA CAMPBELL is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Internationally we send our orders through FedEx (delivery between 5 to 30 days). In case you need your order urgently, send us a message via e-mail, to obtain a quote referring to urgent shipping. VICTORIA CAMPBELL is not responsible for legal requirements, customs costs, and extra fees that may be awarded. It is the responsibility of each client to pay them. In case of loss and/or breakage of the package, FEDEX will be responsible for the reimbursement as long as the accident is the responsibility of said company. * Natural and/or climatic accidents are exempt.
